After signing the agreement and attending to admin matters (eg. provision of clinic inspection date, payment, etc), we will guide you throughout the onboarding phase and ensure you can access the live account without any difficulty.
There is a scheduled monthly server maintenance during off-peak hours which typically takes about 30 minutes.
Yes, AVIXO is capable of migrating data from many software systems to its platform. If the system you are on is not on the list, the data can be exported to a backup before we determine how to import your data into AVIXO.

The basic plan has up to 5GB, the premium plan has up to 20GB, and you can store at least 6,500 PDFs for upload functions.
The AVIXO CMS and EMR operates on secure and reliable cloud servers, with data stored on Amazon Cloud and servers in the client’s country.
We maintain a backup copy of all data in the customer’s account on a daily basis for a trailing 30 days. We make restore points at the end of each day at 12:30 AM (MY/SG time) for the stated period. If you need a data restoration within the trailing 30 days, we will send an official email confirming your request.
Yes, we are compliant with the Singapore PDPA Act (2020) and Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (2010) which governs how we collect, use, and disclose personal data.
